Shipping rates are continental U.S. and may change during the course of the calendar year. Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by air freight only and normal shipping rates do not apply. We will gladly quote you on these rates before shipping your order.

GKS will make every effort to ship orders the same day that they are received. UPS and USPS are our main carriers. Emergency orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air requested. This will be an additional cost above our standard shipping rates. UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO A POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESS. Please have your exact physical shipping address ready when placing orders.

Items such as cable, chokers, tire chains, oil, and other bulk items do not qualify for normal shipping rates. In most cases a truck line of our choice will ship these items. GKS will make every effort possible to get you the best possible rate. You must be prepared to unload any materials delivered by truck. Deliveries (if applicable) to a residential address will be at an additional cost. We will be glad to quote any truck shipping charges in advance.

How we use your personal information: 

The information you give us is absolute safe with us. We will never rent, sell, share or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties. We might contact you from time to time regarding your purchases.  
We may also send you promotional announcements from time to time about new products and services that you might find useful. You may also opt out from receiving information from us at any time and ask us to remove your contact information from our database.

Returns & Replacements

Returns and Damaged Goods

Any goods accepted from the delivery company should be inspected for damage and noted with the delivery driver before they leave.

All orders shipped from GKS are checked thoroughly for accuracy. In the event of a shipping error, GKS will issue a UPS call tag. All other errors on the part of the customer, such as ordering the improper size of a product, shipping will be at the expense of the customer. GKS requests that customers check their order for accuracy upon receipt. Errors or shortages must be reported to GKS within 3 days after delivery.

All returns require prior authorization.
